  • Dropped my obs off at PP&R for some pretty extensive upgrades, Joe kept my up to date throughout the entire process and gave me my options at every point. I am 100% happy with the results, I also experienced some of the best customer service, at pick up I experienced minor electrical issue (no one’s fault, just a moody old truck) and the crew stayed helping from about 6 to 9pm to get me on the road. Bottom line you can’t put a price on experience and customer service! Wouldn’t trust my truck at any other shop.

  • I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have a 2007 F350 6.0 that I knew needed an oil cooler and EGR upgrade but couldn’t find anyone I felt would do the “whole” job the way I wanted until I came across Joe and his crew.
